Join our Thursday Bowling Guidance Session at Madison Heights for just £9, led by John, a fully qualified and highly experienced bowling coach. These sessions run from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, subject to availability, and are open to bowlers of all skill levels.
Coaching for Beginners to Advanced Bowlers
This coaching session is designed to support everyone from complete beginners to amateur and advanced bowlers. Whether you are just starting out or aiming to refine your technique, John provides structured, easy-to-understand coaching that helps you progress confidently at your own pace.
Learn from a Proven, Fully Qualified Coach
John is not only a fully qualified coach, but also the Youth Bowling Club (YBC) coach, bringing the same high standards of coaching to all age groups. He has trained hundreds of bowlers in the art of bowling and has personally coached seven British Champions, making this a rare opportunity to learn from a coach with real competitive pedigree.

During each session, bowlers receive hands-on guidance covering:
Proper stance and approach
Ball control and release
Accuracy and consistency
Lane reading and targeting
Game improvement strategies

Term-Time Coaching & Youth Bowling Pathway
These bowling coaching sessions are open to anyone and suitable for all abilities, however they are run during term time only. For young bowlers aged 7 to 18 who would like to learn bowling in a structured club environment, we also offer the YBC Youth Bowling Coaching Programme. This provides age-appropriate coaching, skill development, and progression opportunities in a supportive setting.
