Monkey Puzzle (Soft-Play) T&C's
General Admissions.
- 2 hours play maximum for attendees.
- Height limit 5ft 3in (160cm)
- Age limited to 12 years old birth age
- Under 5’s area is limited to under 5’s birth age and one supervising adult 18+ (on play equipment) only siblings under 5 can play. (Strictly Under 5’s) Siblings between 5 and 17 are unable to supervise.
- Socks must be worn at all times
- On busy days shoes must be handed into reception.
- When color of your band is called out you must make your way to reception to leave.
- Cafe closes at 2.30pm Monday and Tuesday an 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.
- Last food orders Monday to Tuesday 2pm term time 4.45pm holidays Wednesday to Sunday 4.45pm.
- SEN days run every 3rd Thursday of the month, 3pm to close term time only, closed to general public proof required siblings may also attend.
- Last entry is recommended 2 hours before closing time to ensure you get a full 2-hour experience.
- If you choose to arrive after the last entry time, we may still allow access at our discretion — however, full admission price will still apply, regardless of the time remaining.
- We hold the rights to close at anytime this may be without warning.
- Parking is available onsite and is limited to first come first served. this is at own risk.
- Only food purchased in Madison Heights can be consumed in Monkey Puzzle.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping will result in instant removal and permanent ban.
- Zero tolerance of rude and aggressive attendees.
- Anyone caught vandalising the property or assets will be liable for cost or prosecution.
- Any damages or spills MUST be reported immediately to a member of staff.
- Madison Heights holds no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
- Please do not attempt to repair or modify equipment.
Parties
- Birthday parties are only booked in when the compulsory deposit is paid.
- Parking we try our best to accommodate and reserve parking spaces for parties but during busy time this can be difficult, please be aware of this attempt to car pool and allow extra time.
- Any decorations for the party rooms can be left at reception for storage until the party room becomes available for setup. we aim to get the room to you 15mins before party start.
- Cakes can be given to reception upon entry to be safely stored until required.
- Only cake and party bags can be brought in form outside no other food can be brought in an consumed. Sweet cones and cupcakes available on the day.
- The time spent in Party Room depends on the party package purchased, on busy days you will be reminded on time left and told politely when time is over.
- No confetti or sparklers to be used in party room and and or in premises.
- Tables and chairs reserved for parents of party goers, we allocate 1 chair for 1 attending child.
- Food forms are required to be filled out these can be downloaded here. Please bring the completed form in with you on the day of the party and hand in upon arrival to reception. “please highlight allergies on the form”
- Allergies MUST be reported 48hrs prior to the party start time.
- Please do not email forms in.
Terms and Conditions of Play
By entering, you agree to all terms and conditions of play.
Assumption of Risk: You accept full responsibility for any risk to yourself, your belongings, and any injuries that may occur due to play or when using the equipment. All play is at your own risk.
Equipment Use: Please be aware that the soft play equipment includes low beams and presents a risk of slips, trips, and falls. Please use all equipment safely and within your own ability.
Sk8ters (Roller Rink) T&C's
General Admission
- Please note: Roller skating is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury.
By participating, all skaters do so at their own risk. - All attendees MUST pay for entry.
- Spectators are required to pay a small entry fee.
- Please read rink rules upon entry.
- We recommend all skaters wear appropriate safety gear but not compulsory skate within their ability.
- All skates must be checked upon entry, and meet the safety standards we expect. (stoppers or jam plugs installed, all nuts and bolts in place, no fractures or broken parts, clean)
- Bauers pre1994 pressing, (Bauer 33 turbos) are banned please do not attend with these.
- Aggressive inline are banned please do not attend with these.
- Strap on, heelys or variants along these line are not allowed.
- Rink rules MUST be followed at all times, stewards and staff will enforce these rules.
- Anyone under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a 18+ (6 under 14s to 1, 18+).
- Anyone 14+ but under 18 will need a Sk8ters membership form filled in and verified to be able to attend unsupervised.
- Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited, doing this will result in permanent ban.
- Aggressive and or rude behavior is not tolerated.
- Anyone caught vandalising the property or assets will be liable for cost or prosecution.
- Any damages or spills MUST be reported immediately to a member of staff.
- Only food & drinks purchased in Madison Heights can be consumed in sk8ters.
- No Standing or skates on seats.
- No chewing gum anywhere within Sk8ters.
- No food or drink on the rink at anytime.
- No walking on the rink at anytime.
- We hold no responsibility for lost or stolen property while attending sk8ters.
- General entry maybe closed on open days due to Events, Private Events or lessons (please contact or check socials an events page)
- Number of skates in sizes are limited and in busy periods sizes my run short on supply.
- Skates must only be warn in sk8ters no where else within Madison Heights including the car park.
- Only sk8tes allowed on the rink unless otherwise authorised by management.
- Taking photos and videos while in sk8ters is allowed but please be courteous to others.
- Music volume is kept withing safe limits at all times.
We do our best to ensure that all music played is suitable for children.
However, occasionally a track may slip through with lyrics that aren’t ideal.If you hear something you think isn’t appropriate, please speak to a member of staff — we’ll take action as quickly as possible.
- Lighting in sk8ters, all seated areas are lit with standard bulbs, the rink however has a mixture of disco lights, some of these do flash and flicker.
- Please do not attempt to repair or modify equipment.
Events
- Not all events are setup and managed by Sk8ters (Madison Heights)
- For any problems relating to events contact the event manager.
- Events carry the same rules as general entry skate sessions.
- Event prices may differ from general skate admissions, please see event post for more details, Madison Heights deals and entry costs do not apply.
Parties
- Sk8ters parties you will have a table allocated to you by a member of staff, upon arrival we can only guarantee this table to you 15 minutes before your party begins.
- The chef will aim to prepare all food at the same time for the party.
- If you are bringing decorations for the party, please consult a member of staff and they will set up or aid set up.
- Please no loose decorations like confetti this is a hazard to skaters.
- No birthday sparklers.
- Any items, decorations and cake you are responsible for and are required to take way with you at the end of your party.
Bowling (Madison Lanes) T&C's
General Admission
- To bowl, bowling shoes MUST be worn.
- Personal bowling shoes MUST be lane approved bowling shoes.
- Socks MUST be worn.
- Bowling balls, we have a wide range of balls, but on busy periods we may not be able to accommodate for all.
- We ask for all bowlers to remain mindful and respectful of others.
- Lane breakdowns do occur please be respectful patient and report them to staff.
- If the barrier is down or the lane seems broken please do not bowl and report any intentional damages you may be liable to pay.
- Any disruptive and dangerous actions will result in game termination and your removal from the premises.
- Please do not walk down the lanes/ or intentionally step over the foul line.
- Please do not attempt to repair or modify equipment.
- Traditional lanes, the bumpers are either up or down for the entire game.
- Game play is estimated at 10 minutes per-person per game.
- Music volume is kept withing safe limits at all times.

- Booking can be made in advance over the phone or at reception.
- 6 people per lane only multiple lanes can be booked for bigger parties,
- Booking is recommended to ensure availability.
- For large bookings if your numbers are to drop please contact us and inform us of the change so we are able to reopen the lane booking.
- Please contact for any cancellations.
Parties
- We advise you arrive 10 minutes before your party starts to get you in and shoes changed.
- Please hand food form at arrival time.
- Food is not eaten on lanes, you will be moved to diner for food to be served.
- Shoes need to be changed before going for food.
- You are welcome to bring cake balloons an party bags, sweet-cones and cupcakes can be provided for a small fee.
- No confetti or sparklers.
- Socks MUST be worn.
- Bowling shoes MUST be warn while bowling.
- Cake and decorations are your responsibility and will need to be taken with you at the end of your party.
Bee Crafty (Pottery Cafe) T&C's
General Admission
- Seating is limited we may not be able to seat you in busy times if you walk in (Pre-booking advised) .
- We try our best to keep all items in stock but sometimes items will run low or out.
- Some items are one offs please contact if you see something before to avoid disappointment.
- be aware stock varies and is subject to availability.
- Please be aware “all breakages MUST be paid for”.
- During busy periods tables are allocated to 1.5hrs.
- Resit fees apply if item is not finished on first sitting.
- Dogs are welcome (Must be tame and remain on lead)
Process
- Upon arrive, check table availability collect the item/items you wish to paint, you can collect your paints from the self help stand along with brushes, paper towel and cleaning water.
- When finished painting you are required to fill out a contact form with a description of your pottery.
- On rare occasions during the post painting process “dipping” and “firing” damages may occur, we will try and rectify these issues.
- When the item is fired and completed we will give you a call to collect.
- We aim to fulfill orders within 2 weeks, this may be longer during busy periods.
- When collecting items please check before leaving that all is within the box.
- Food & Drinks can be ordered while you are painting.
Parties
- Please book parties in advance, to ensure availability and stock, walking parties we may not be able to accommodate too.
- Parties pick from dinosaurs or princesses, custom parties need to book in advance and have a idea of what they wish to paint so stock and pricing can be arranged.
- Please read the process section above.
- If you or your party wishes to take items home on the day, we provide a acrylic based painting that will dry relatively quickly this is priced at the same as glazed paints and results in a matte finish.
Bar And Resturants T&C's
To promote a safe and responsible environment, we operate a Challenge 25 policy for the purchase and consumption of alcohol on-site.
If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo ID.
Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving licence, or a PASS-accredited card.We reserve the right to refuse service if ID cannot be provided when requested.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
This is in line with our commitment to responsible service and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.
- In busy times there maybe a wait for service please remain polite.
- We are a casual facility along with the bar & diner.
- We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to consume alcohol on our premises, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult or are having a meal.
