Madison Heights Monkey Puzzle venue is the largest Indoor Soft Play Centre in the South East.
Monkey Puzzle is suitable for babies and children up to 12 years old (Max height 5ft 3") but don't worry we offer exclusive party hire for bigger kids & adults. No bookings or time slots are required. Just turn up and come straight in!
We are open 7 Days a week
Term Time
Monday & Tuesday 9:30am - 3pm
Wednesday - Sunday 9:30am - 5:30pm*
* = 3rd Thursday of the month is our SEN Calm Play Sess 3:30pm- 5:30pm
School Holiday Time
Monday - Sunday 9:30am - 5:30pm

Our Multi-Award Winning Soft Play Centre has 4 levels, covering 2000 square meters and an amazing giant play frame that is over 8.5 meters high! Fantastic for climbing, exploring and running around. This is the perfect place for children to burn off excess energy!
Please note that socks must be worn throughout the whole of Monkey Puzzle.
Monkey Puzzle's dedicated Cafe "Alfie's" offers a selection of hot and cold meals from 10am, including Breakfast Muffins, Toasties, Freshly Made Sandwiches, Wraps, Hot Dishes and Sides. We also have children's hot meals and lunch boxes.

Food serving times
Monday - Tuesday (Term Time) 10am- 2:30pm
Wednesday - Friday (Term Time) 10am - 5pm
Weekends & School Holidays 10am - 5pm
Monkey Puzzle at Madison Heights offers a dedicated gated under 5's area to ensure that our smaller visitors are safe with our appropriate equipment and safety measures in place. All under 5's must be supervised a responsible adult over the age of 18 at all times.
Smaller children are also allowed to use the larger equipment with their siblings and other children in their group.
We hold monthly SEN Sessions during term times. These take place on every 3rd Thursday of the month and Monkey Puzzle will be closed to the public, ensuring our Sen guests can play with with their siblings in a calm environment where no music will be played at a discounted rate.
